We knew that a new campus would get everyone excited... but inspiring new creative juices was not the first thing that came to mind in terms of student reactions.  

Well, as news of escrow closing became official and the LILA community went about celebrating this major event, our 6th graders, helped by teacher Pierre-Loic Denichou, found a very original way to welcome Burbank into the LILA family... by making it the star of a short feature film created for the 1st annual secondary Summerfest in June...

For those who were not able to attend our milestone event, the Summerfest is the Secondary version of our traditional elementary Winterfest… and like its elementary cousin, was an extraordinary display of amazing student productions showcasing our very talented young learners…
