After years of talking about it, in 2009 our pedagogical team actually organized and pulled off a wonderful trip to France for the 5th grade class.  Of course the flagship trip was a huge success and the following year's 5th graders from Pasadena and Los Feliz jumped at the opportunity to participate in the adventure in spring of 2010.  This video of their adventure was a big class favorite.
